The Opportunity
Integrity Project Consulting is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support our Project Managers and senior team members across a diverse portfolio of client mandates.
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of commercial construction projects, including hotel renovations, restaurant and retail rollouts, office tenant improvements, workplace projects, and select ground-up developments.
This role is well suited to someone with approximately 2 to 3 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility, work directly with clients and project teams, and continue developing toward a Project Manager position.

$80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
Experience:
Approximately two to three years of relevant experience
Project Coordination and Delivery
Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through design, construction, turnover, and closeout.
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, work plans, milestone trackers, action logs, decision logs, and risk registers.
Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, contractors, landlords, vendors, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions, decisions, deliverables, and approvals.
Identify emerging risks, constraints, and potential budget or schedule impacts and elevate them to the Project Manager.
Participate in project kickoff meetings, design meetings, client meetings, construction meetings, and site reviews.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, action lists, and project status updates.
Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organized records and clear priorities.
Design and Consultant Coordination
Support the coordination of architectural, interior design, mechanical, electrical, structural, and specialty consultants.
Assist with reviewing consultant submissions for completeness, coordination, and alignment with the project scope and client requirements.
Track design deliverables, submissions, reviews, approvals, and outstanding information.
Coordinate requests for information and support the resolution of design and construction issues.
Assist with landlord, strata, municipal, utility, and other approval processes where required.
Help ensure client requirements and operational considerations are incorporated into the design.
Procurement and Contract Administration
Assist with the preparation and administration of consultant, contractor, and vendor procurement processes.
Support the preparation and issuance of requests for proposals, tender documents, bid comparisons, leveling analyses, and recommendation summaries.
Coordinate bidder questions, addenda, proposal submissions, interviews, and clarifications.
Track consultant agreements, construction contracts, purchase orders, and other commercial documentation.
Assist with reviewing contractor quotations, change requests, progress claims, and supporting documentation.
Maintain procurement, contract, and change management logs.
Budget and Cost Management
