Senior HSE Inspector

Position: Senior HSE Inspector at Arcadis
Join Arcadis as a Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental Inspector focusing on safety and sustainability in civil construction. Oversee high-risk marine and onshore projects while fostering a zero-incident culture.

This role targets professionals with over 10 years of experience in transportation projects. You will develop and implement safety strategies, managing compliance and stakeholder engagement. Strong leadership and accountability will be essential to promoting a culture prioritizing safety and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee marine and underground safety operations

• Coordinate emergency response frameworks and drills

• Enforce environmental compliance under key regulations

• Conduct continuous safety audits for COR and ISO standards

• Analyze HSE performance metrics and provide recommendations

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in transportation projects

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent

• National Construction Health and Safety Certificate

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and safety software
