Experienced ICI Senior Estimator Role

Become a Senior Estimator at Ellis Don, specializing in ICI projects, where you'll mentor junior staff and drive accurate bid creation under tight deadlines. Your leadership makes a difference.

In this role, you will apply over ten years of estimating experience to confidently lead bid processes while training junior staff. You will be in charge of assembling detailed estimates, coordinating sub-contractor quotes, and monitoring project performance to address potential challenges effectively. Maintaining essential pricing databases will also be part of your critical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in the complete bid preparation process

• Mentor junior estimating personnel and develop their skills

• Create accurate, timely estimates for construction projects

• Organize and manage sub-contractor quotes efficiently

• Monitor and enhance project performance metrics

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in ICI estimating

• Extensive knowledge of contracts and estimating techniques

• Competence in communication and project management

• Proficient with estimating software, e.g., CostX or Blue Beam

• Strong ability to work under pressure
