Position: CapWest Skilled Labourer for Civil Works
Cap West invites applications for a Civil Skilled Labourer focused on essential construction tasks. This role covers underground utilities, ensuring safety and compliance on-site with Canadian standards.

The successful candidate will participate actively in our civil construction projects, providing crucial support to forepersons and operators. This hands-on role requires strong teamwork, with a focus on safe operations in diverse outdoor conditions. Candidates with experience in excavation and utility installation are preferred to help maintain efficient workflows on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installation tasks for utilities and systems

• Conduct trench support and backfill operations

• Guide heavy equipment and traffic for safety

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Participate in daily safety assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in civil construction preferred

• Familiarity with tools and equipment for construction

• Knowledge of Canadian trench safety regulations

• Capability to read construction drawings is beneficial

• Physical ability to perform challenging outdoor tasks
