In this pivotal role, Cap West seeks a Junior Project Manager with over five years of experience in multifamily and commercial projects. You will manage project schedules, oversee resource allocation, and ensure adherence to quality standards while collaborating with the Project Director. A background in high-rise construction will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and update project schedules in real-time
• Supervise the contract administration and tendering process
• Coordinate resource allocation among subcontractors
• Troubleshoot project changes and implement solutions
• Ensure all projects align with budget and drawing standards
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in construction project management
• Proficient in the structural building sequence
• Hands-on experience in managing multifamily projects
• Educational qualifications in project management advantageous
• Experience with large-scale projects is a plus
