Key Responsibilities:

• Direct preconstruction processes and overseeing estimating activities

• Establish construction methodologies with Project Managers

• Conduct comprehensive constructability reviews

• Support business development through innovative proposals

• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• 15+ years in heavy civil or industrial construction

• Extensive leadership experience in project management

• Strong analytical skills in estimating practices

• Knowledge of Indigenous workforce development initiatives
