Position: Civil Estimator Team Lead at EllisDon
Join Ellis Don as a Civil Estimator Team Lead, where you will take charge of civil project estimation processes for ventures up to $1B+. Your leadership will ensure accurate budgets and strategic planning for all projects.

In this role, you will oversee the development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and construction budgets while mentoring the next generation of estimators. You will also implement quality control processes that adapt to various contract models, ensuring all estimates meet required standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil estimating from initial bid to project turnover

• Develop comprehensive construction budgets and RFPs
