Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute actively to the bid process
• Assess project-specific costs for labor and materials
• Interpret technical specifications with accuracy
• Ensure precise quantity take-offs for contracts
• Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders
Requirements:
• 1 to 5 years of estimating experience in construction
• Degree or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills
• Experience in building industry relationships
• Expertise in quantity take-offs for precise pricing
