You will work collaboratively with the Engineering Services During Construction team to engage all stakeholders and promote a culture where safety is prioritized.

Your role is vital in moving towards a zero-incident culture in high-risk environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management of marine construction safety protocols

• Conduct audits for compliance with health and safety standards

• Design and deliver safety training for multi-trade work forces

• Collaborate with agencies to ensure environmental laws are met

• Lead incident investigations using root-cause analysis

Requirements:

• 10+ years in transportation project management

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field

• Certification in National Construction Health and Safety

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems
