Project Leadership Manager at Coeur Mining

In this key role reporting to the Senior Project Director, you will oversee project support mechanisms, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives. By managing contractor performance and leading safety initiatives, your influence will extend through all levels of the Coeur organization, enhancing project integrity and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project safety and leadership support

• Ensure project integration oversights are in place

• Monitor work planning and service contractor performance

• Facilitate stage-gate coordination and integration

• Manage project stakeholder interactions and interfaces

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Geology required

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in large capital projects

• Professional designation (P.Eng) or PMP certification preferred

• Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes

• Proficient in communication and team collaboration
