Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crews and subcontractors for daily site work

• Guide on proper construction methods and quality standards

• Create and communicate project schedules to clients

• Manage construction issues in partnership with the General Contractor

• Ensure periodic building inspections are conducted

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Carpenter or General Contractor
