Position: Lead Carpenter for Residential Renovations
Take charge as a Lead Carpenter in residential renovations and guide on-site crews to success. This full-time role focuses on leading diverse renovation projects to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

You will work closely with the owner, overseeing daily site operations for kitchen, bathroom, and full home renovations. Responsibilities include leading subcontractors, ensuring safety, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering projects on schedule and within budget, while upholding exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead subcontractors and laborers to ensure job site safety

• Provide construction method guidance to site crews

• Create project schedules and communicate timelines

• Build trust with clients regarding project delivery

• Resolve construction issues in coordination with the General Contractor

Requirements:

• Experienced Carpenter or General Contractor in renovations

• Valid driver's license and work truck ownership

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Strong organizational and solution-oriented skills

• Proven leadership experience with site subcontractors
