In this hands-on role, you will conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Working closely with operations and contractors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out field safety inspections and audits

• Collaborate with contractors to implement safety controls

• Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis

• Provide safety coaching for pre-task assessments

• Implement health and safety plans on site
Requirements:

• Experience in mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments

• Background in field safety roles and compliance inspections

• Familiarity with OSHA, MSHA, or safety regulations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable with a two-week-on/two-week-off schedule
