In this senior role within our Applied Solutions team, you will manage complex projects from opportunity identification to client delivery. We seek an experienced project manager passionate about fostering client relationships and multidisciplinary teamwork while advocating for high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully lead ground improvement construction initiatives across Canada
• Create strategies to drive project safety, quality, and financial success
• Prepare estimates and tender submissions for growth opportunities
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Guide project teams, enhancing collaboration and performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10 years in project management for construction fields
• Proven expertise in project controls and contract management
• Familiarity with ground improvement techniques considered a plus
• Ability to travel for projects and client meetings, up to 25%
