Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze plans and specifications to define project scope

• Research market prices for materials and labor

• Update bids and estimates as projects evolve

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field like Civil Engineering

• Three years of construction-related experience

• Proficient in estimation software

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills

• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
