Be the driving force behind project success as an Estimator with Buttcon in Vancouver. Utilize your expertise to provide accurate, actionable cost estimates for diverse building projects.

As part of the Buttcon team, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Pre-Construction & Estimating. This position involves analyzing blueprints and working closely with architects and engineers to ensure every project's financial viability. Your contributions will be vital to our success in institutional, commercial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural documents to scope projects accurately

• Quantify materials and labor requirements

• Identify cost variables and project risks

• Use specialized software for precise estimations

• Prepare detailed bids, including all cost components

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

• At least 3 years of relevant construction experience

• Proficient in construction estimating tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
