Cap West is looking for a Junior Civil Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion. Bring your organizational skills and collaborative spirit to ensure project success.

In this entry-level managerial role, you will manage budgets, subcontractors, and site operations. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in Civil and Infrastructure projects, focusing on planning, execution, and quality control. You will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and closure

• Track and maintain project schedules and report on progress

• Oversee contracts and resource allocation for subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

• Troubleshoot issues and implement contingency plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Civil and Infrastructure construction

• Direct project management experience required

• Experience with Heavy Civil projects preferred

• Relevant degree or project management certification an asset

• Strong skills in budget development and cost estimation
