Position: Experienced Sheet Metal Foreman Needed
Evergreen Sheet Metal is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman for a major project in Vancouver. This position integrates teamwork, leadership, and precise project management.

As a Foreman Level A or B, you will coordinate all onsite activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and project timelines. This union role with Local 280 demands an organized, proactive individual who can manage teams effectively and promote a respectful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the site team in all installation activities

• Create and monitor project schedules with the Project Manager

• Enforce site safety and quality assurance programs

• Manage material orders to align with project demands

• Adjust team tasks based on site progress

Requirements:

• 10+ years in the construction field

• Red Seal Certified preferred

• 5 years of Foreman experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Auto Desk

• Strong verbal/written communication skills
