This role offers an opportunity to optimize processes and aid project teams in achieving excellence.
As a key player at Aecon, you will coordinate various continuous improvement activities, including Pull Planning and problem-solving workshops. In this position, you will help implement and track lean practices and support the Last Planner System on various infrastructure projects. Your organizational skills will be valuable in meeting project deadlines and ensuring effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of lean practices across projects
• Assist with Last Planner System and Pull Planning activities
• Facilitate problem-solving workshops using structured methodologies
• Track actions from improvement initiatives for completion
• Coordinate lessons learned documentation and follow-up
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Business
• 1-3 years in Continuous Improvement or Project Coordination
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's License
