Construction Safety Advisor in Sicamous

This site-based position reports directly to the EHS Manager and requires strong expertise in the construction industry. As a Safety Advisor, you will facilitate safety training programs and conduct rigorous workplace inspections. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site-specific safety orientation for employees and clients

• Train staff in health and safety protocols and procedures

• Facilitate WHMIS, First Aid, and traffic control training

• Perform workplace inspections and audits for compliance

• Participate in Joint Health and Safety Committees

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in health and safety roles

• WorkSafeBC Level 3 Occupational First Aid required

• Certification as Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP)

• Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC legislation is essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
