Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor Senior Estimators and preconstruction staff

• Analyze and assess tender documents and specifications

• Conduct comprehensive risk analyses on estimates

• Oversee subcontractor procurement and evaluations

Requirements:

• 10+ years in heavy civil estimating roles

• Experience in leading estimating teams
