Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive project execution plans
• Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications
• Lead project teams including Superintendents and subcontractors
• Manage budgets and forecast costs effectively
• Act as the primary contact for client concerns and disputes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
• 5–10+ years in managing construction projects
• Proficient in contract administration and financial management
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
