Labourer, Construction, Construction Labor & Trades

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support general site operations, civil construction, and carpentry projects. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople, maintain a safe and organized worksite, and perform a variety of labor-intensive tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with construction experience who are motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

• Assist with general construction, civil, or carpentry projects.
• Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Support framing, formwork, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Perform excavation, trenching, back filling, and grading assistance as required.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with demolition and site cleanup.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, equipment operators, and skilled trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

• Previous experience in construction, civil work, or carpentry is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safe work practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Experience operating hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of performing demanding manual labor in various weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on a regular basis.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required.
• WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, or other construction safety certifications are considered assets.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test or background check if required.
• Willingness to work in different areas such as Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford.
