Position: Site Superintendent Role at Clearway Construction
Join Clearway as a Site Superintendent, responsible for managing daily operations on construction sites throughout the Lower Mainland. This role requires a focus on resource allocation, safety compliance, and high-quality deliverables.

In this pivotal position, you will supervise construction activities and ensure that all projects adhere to Clearway’s standards and industry best practices. You will report to the Construction Manager of the BC Division and implement effective schedules and communication between crews, subcontractors, and owners to facilitate project success. Your leadership will directly impact the safety and efficiency of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct projects in accordance with specifications and best practices

• Ensure safety compliance and documentation are maintained

• Facilitate smooth coordination between all parties involved

• Review cost reports and identify corrective actions

• Attend and sometimes lead project meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Valid BC Driver’s License required

• Strong organizational and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
