Position: Novacom Site Superintendent - Greater

In your role as Site Superintendent, you will lead projects from the initial setup through to occupancy, ensuring alignment with project goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct site mobilization, including setup and trade kickoffs

• Supervise quality inspections and compliance reviews

• Manage project turnover and finalize deficiencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in supervisory construction roles

• Solid experience using Procore for project management

• Skilled in coordinating multiple trades in active construction

• Effective communication with clients and stakeholders

• Experience with wood-frame and multi-family builds advantageous
