• Oversee labor and material cost assembly

• Collaborate with virtual construction and management teams

• Analyze labor needs for precise budgeting

• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies in designs

• Track estimated versus actual project costs

Requirements:

• 6-8 years in complex project management

• Familiarity with building materials and market conditions

• Experience with on-screen takeoffs and Excel

• Certificate or degree in Construction Management or similar field

• High attention to detail in estimations
