In this dynamic role, you'll help implement lean practices and assist with the Last Planner System across a range of infrastructure projects. You'll be involved in problem-solving workshops and tracking the progress of improvement initiatives. Your ability to manage tasks effectively in a team setting will be critical to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of lean methodologies across projects
• Assist in planning and facilitating workshops and LPS
• Coordinate activities around continuous improvement initiatives
• Track completion of actions with initiative owners
• Document learning experiences for future projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
• 1-3 years in Continuous Improvement or related fields
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is desirable
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting
• Valid Driver's License
