Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage construction projects up to $50M, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions will directly influence community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of projects

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and key milestones

• Direct subcontracting and procurement activities

• Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards

• Mentor junior team members for superior project outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field such as Construction Management

• Minimum five years of relevant project coordination experience

• Understanding of risk management practices

• Proficient in MS Office and project management applications

• Experience with construction in healthcare settings preferred
