Graham is actively recruiting for Project Manager supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager , the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering construction projects up to $50M, ensuring schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre‑construction through close‑out.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Lead full project lifecycle
: planning, start-up, execution, and close-out - Manage
project schedules, budgets, and milestone dates - Oversee
subcontracting process and procurement activities - Implement and monitor
HSE and Quality plans to meet corporate standards - Mentor
junior team members and foster a high-performing project team
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education:Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
- Experience:A minimum of five (5) years’ experience coordinating construction projects, with demonstrated exposure to hospital or healthcare projects.
Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling
- Software: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and using scheduling and project management software
Compensation
- Salary Range: $100,000 to 120,000 per annum
- Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
- Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
