Manager of Electrical Utility Construction

We seek an accomplished Construction Manager with at least seven years in electrical utility construction management. You will guide complex utility projects, balancing budgets and contractor resources while adhering to safety regulations.
Your role will involve managing stakeholder relations and ensuring compliance with local standards to promote successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of large-scale electrical utility infrastructure projects
• Coordinate budgets, materials, and labor efficiently
• Oversee safety protocols through diligent site management
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and public consultation
Requirements:
• 7+ years of construction management experience
• Familiarity with BC Hydro processes is preferred
• Strong project management and contract skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, including WorkSafeBC
• Proven communication and negotiation capability
