This senior role requires 5-8 years of experience in formwork estimating, focusing on high-rise residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with project managers and trade partners while overseeing the entire estimating lifecycle from quantity takeoff to bid submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from complex drawings

• Create competitive cost estimates for all bid components

• Prepare and issue necessary RFIs during bidding

• Integrate supplier and equipment rental quotes into bids

• Track estimated versus actual project costs for insights

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant estimating experience

• Proven success with high-rise concrete structures

• Familiarity with estimating software such as Con Est and B2W

• Strong detail orientation and communication proficiency

• Relevant education in Building Technology or Construction Management
