This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction career who wants to develop toward a full Project Manager role while working alongside experienced leaders.

You will take ownership of smaller residential and mixed-use construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and site coordination while mentored closely by experienced Project Managers and the Director of Projects. This role requires regular travel to active project sites and offices throughout British Columbia, providing hands-on experience managing construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on project needs
