Mechanical and Electrical Project Superintendent

Scott is seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Superintendent to manage projects in Burnaby and Toronto, focusing on delivering high-quality construction outcomes in the healthcare sector. Utilize your experience to lead M&E teams and ensure all activities meet project specifications promptly.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Field Operations, overseeing M&E installations and ensuring alignment with safety and infection control standards. You will be responsible for mentoring project personnel while addressing challenges efficiently and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to uphold Scott's commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all M&E construction activities

• Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation

• Mentor team members and enhance skills

• Conduct inspections for proper installations

• Coordinate RFI generation related to M&E

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant M&E project experience

• Strong understanding of healthcare mechanical systems

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Technical diploma or equivalent training

• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
