In this full-time role, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, focusing on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project estimates and scope reviews
• Develop and implement cost control measures
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings with staff
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials
• Facilitate progress meetings and documentation
Requirements:
• 2+ years in project management within HVAC or plumbing
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of building construction codes
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Professional Engineer registration preferred
