Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Edge Construction is hiring a Project Manager focused on multifamily construction in Vancouver. Manage projects while enhancing team performance and ensuring quality outcomes.

In this role, you will supervise the entire multifamily construction cycle, particularly a stacked townhouse project. Your duties will involve managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and leading junior staff. You’ll also actively participate in quality assurance to drive continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multifamily construction projects effectively

• Oversee budget management and draw reviews

• Coordinate compliance with relevant codes and safety standards

• Mentor and guide junior construction staff

• Contribute to quality assurance meetings for ongoing improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in project management within construction

• Credential from BCIT Building Technology Program or similar

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Procore

• Solid judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
