Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth reviews of project specifications

• Prepare detailed estimates and project take-offs

• Lead negotiation and selection of subcontractors

• Develop execution strategies with project teams

• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of powerline estimating experience

• 10+ years in the construction sector

• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating tools

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with construction budgeting and risks
