Civil Engineering Estimation Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will partner with clients and subcontractors, preparing estimates for civil construction work, including excavation and underground utilities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing project execution phases, track costs, and coordinate procurement strategies to ensure smooth operations from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and geotechnical reports thoroughly

• Create accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimations

• Gather and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Manage end-to-end execution from project award to closeout

• Develop project budgets, schedules, and monitoring tools

Requirements:

• Qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• 3-5 years in civil construction estimating and management

• Strong knowledge of estimating tools and MS Office

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
