Onni is looking for dedicated candidates with 2+ years of experience in civil construction, particularly in underground utilities. In this full-time role, you will be integral to the installation and maintenance of essential infrastructure while adhering to safety standards and regulations. Key responsibilities will involve excavation, pipe placement, and ensuring the organization of work sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation of pipes and utility connections
• Execute trench preparation and compaction tasks
• Support the setup of manholes and other structures
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites
• Communicate effectively regarding site-specific hazards
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in civil construction or utilities
• Knowledge of trench safety practices
• Ability to read basic construction drawings as an asset
• Strong physical capability and teamwork aptitude
• Reliable in challenging work conditions
