Position: Superintendent for Construction and Infrastructure
Oversee construction and infrastructure projects in Vancouver as a Superintendent. Manage site operations, enforce safety compliance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and budget standards.

The Superintendent is responsible for the successful execution of various civil projects. You will supervise work crews, manage resources, and uphold best practices in safety and quality. The role requires effective collaboration with project managers to resolve design challenges and maintain project schedules while fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of construction activities per contract

• Ensure safety compliance across all operations

• Create and manage detailed daily activity reports

• Coordinate resources, crews, and subcontractor relations

• Facilitate meetings to monitor project milestones

Requirements:

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred

• At least 5 years civil construction experience

• Must hold a valid BC Driver's License

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to work both independently and with teams
