Key Responsibilities:
• Strip, stockpile, and excavate materials using heavy equipment
• Grade soil with bulldozers in specified thicknesses
• Operate compaction equipment as recommended
• Maintain equipment and perform safety checks
• Clear municipal roads with a street sweeper
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education essential
• Minimum of 3 years in civil construction
• BC driver’s license required
• Knowledge of grading concepts and soil types
• Planning and self-motivation skills needed
