SERVPRO is one of North America's most recognized names in property restoration. Our Vancouver team handles water, fire, and mold losses across the Lower Mainland — residential, commercial, and strata. We're growing fast, and we need a PM who can own projects from first call to final invoice.

• $65,000–$80,000 base salary

• Multilingual team — English/Mandarin/Cantonese an asset for our diverse client base

• Own restoration projects end-to-end: scoping, estimating, crew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout
• Write accurate estimates in Xactimate and manage claims through Xact Analysis
• Work directly with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to keep claims moving
• Lead and support field technicians; conduct site inspections at every project phase
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and margins; deliver projects on target
• Keep documentation complete and claim-ready (photos, moisture logs, scope notes)
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (approx. 4–5 weeks/year)

• 3+ years project management experience in restoration (or closely related: insurance construction, remediation)
• Proficiency with Xactimate required

• Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and IICRC standards (WRT certification an asset — we'll fund additional certifications)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization; able to juggle multiple active projects
• Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Location: Greater Vancouver, field + office
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday + on-call rotation
