* * is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Vancouver. This position requires strong experience in Waste Water Treatment Plants, a thorough understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Construction Manager will be based on an exciting Waste Water Treatment Plant infrastructure project based on the Island of Vancouver.##

** Your role*
* * Lead and oversee all construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.
* Ensure that all construction works are in accordance with design specifications and are carried out in accordance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
* Provide field execution leadership and a broad range of high quality and reliable construction expertise in a proactive manner.
* Provide technical and administrative leadership and guidance to construction personnel on site.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction execution, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring.  ##
** About you*
* * Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management.
* Minimum 10 years of on-site experience working in highly regulated, complex operational environments.
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience delivering large Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant projects.
* Experience with Metro Vancouver projects is a plus.
* Strong technical capability across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably on major Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant programs and projects.
* Demonstrable experience leading project reporting, performance management, and decision-making processes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
* Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field.##
