Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive estimate plans with project team
• Lead total project estimate development efforts
• Prepare Project Basis of Estimate and Risk Analysis
• Maintain a library of current local rates
• Recommend cost contingency solutions to project teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Knowledge of CSA and MEP disciplines
• Experience with estimating systems like Accubid
• Degree or comparable experience in construction
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented
