Construction Project Coordinator

Coordinate construction documents and site-office communication for Mosaic’s multi-family residential projects throughout Greater Vancouver. Bring organization, drawing literacy, and construction knowledge.

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will support projects from construction start through occupancy and completion. You will administer tender management, contracts, change orders, shop drawings, and project drawings. The work provides hands-on experience in multi-family residential construction while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting A Better Home.

• Coordinate communication between construction sites and the office
• Deliver and administer project documents on time
• Manage tender documentation, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate shop drawings and project drawings
• Support construction through occupancy and project completion

• Two or more years in construction or related fields
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or Architectural and Building Technology
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Understanding of the construction process
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach

Support Mosaic’s construction projects with document administration, drawing knowledge, and organized coordination from site through completion.
