Eyeline is a global team of risk takers, innovators and perfectionists who achieve creative visions and have fun doing it. A dynamic workforce nestled within the industry’s most intriguing cities, united by a drive to push the boundaries of storytelling.
Eyeline Studios is seeking a visual thinker who operates at the intersection of cinematography, concept art, and storytelling through advanced visual technologies. This is a role for someone who can act as a director of photography without a physical camera, a matte painter without a brush, and a worldbuilder fluent in tools that shape imagery at scale.
You’ll craft frame-perfect scenes, design cinematic sequences, and bring concepts to life across narrative, experimental, and exploratory formats. Working with both open-source and in-house-developed toolsets, you’ll research, experiment, and refine visuals in alignment with creative direction while delivering compelling outcomes that push the boundaries of visual storytelling. This role is a creative and technical launchpad that empowers filmmakers to rapidly visualize, iterate, and collaborate on cinematic ideas their way.

Construct advanced visual workflows for concept exploration, world building, and cinematic ideation, spanning single-frame images and extended sequences - Look Development:
Direct look development for experimental formats, short‑form content, or pitch materials, translating raw ideas or scripts into compelling frame‑based narratives - Creative Technology Implementation:
Collaborate across creative teams to improve image generations and explore new visual techniques for areas like creature movement studies and photoreal shot design - Project Visualization:
Contribute to projects that range from high‑concept design work to frame‑accurate final pixel and cinematic storytelling

- 1+ year of experience utilizing machine learning techniques (neural network‑generated imaging) to innovate artistic designs and enhance visual assets
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of the advanced image creation ecosystem (e.g., Comfy
UI, Invoke
AI, etc.) and specific techniques like video to video re‑styling with a keyframe reference - Comprehensive understanding of shaping and refining prompt engineering within ML frameworks to express artistic intent and visual storytelling
- Fluency with tools for direct image/video creation outside traditional CG workflows and the ability to work solo on short‑turnaround creative challenges
- Strong sense of visual storytelling with ability to articulate and elevate visual intent from concept through final pixel
- Experience with real‑time tools, projection workflows, or creative scripting
- Built or executed full workflows using visual node‑based systems (e.g., Comfy
UI) in a production setting - Hands‑on experience training visual style modules (fine‑tuning, dataset preparation) and integrating them into workflows
- Proven ability to explore and compare output fidelity across different visual modeling systems (e.g., SDXL vs. Flux, Qwen Edit vs. Nano Banana, etc.) or enhancement tools
- Experience incorporating large language models (LLMs) into creative pipelines for writing, sequencing, or idea structuring
