Creative & Executive Assistant

We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with cinematic content creation experience to support our Managing Director/Founder. This role combines high-level executive support with narrative-driven content creation for both personal brand and business operations, plus quarterly international travel.

• Executive calendar management for Managing Director (professional and personal)
• Cinematic content creation for MD's personal brand and agency positioning
• Travel planning and coordination for quarterly international trips
• Content capture during travel
• Planning and coordinating quarterly personal events
• Project management for tasks across both personal and business
• Reaching out to brands for partnership opportunities

• Executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership
• Portfolio showcasing cinematic content creation and narrative building
• Available for quarterly international travel
• Creative eye for sophisticated, editorial-quality visuals
• Proficiency or willingness to learn:
  Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom), Notion, Asana
• Experience with compact device cinematography (iPhone, DJI Osmo, Canon cameras)
• Bonus:
  Experience with personal brand development, presentation design, or agency operations
