Role

Summary:

The Production Coordinator will support the Production Team in delivering high‑quality gaming experiences. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assisting in milestone planning, organizing team activities, and ensuring tasks are assigned correctly.

• Support the Production team to meet schedule and deadline targets
• Update daily reports to track progress and raise concerns if necessary
• Assist in milestone and sprint planning
• Help with capacity plan updates and team onboarding
• Ensure work is captured, organized, and assigned accurately
• Facilitate internal moves and space planning
• Coordinate build reviews, demos, playtests, and team events

MUST-Have Skills and

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize work and handle changing priorities

Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in video game production
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
