You will be responsible for planning and executing a range of significant community events. Working with various teams, you will ensure every event details are comprehensively managed and successfully delivered. The position demands exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop event briefs and workback plans
• Handle on-site logistics and live problem resolution
• Liaise with vendors and manage contracts
• Ensure compliance with all event standards
• Manage attendee communications and travel arrangements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination
• Certificate in Event Management preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and audiovisual equipment
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
