** THE TEAM
** The mission of the Photo & Video Production department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets.
** THE OPPORTUNITY
** Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase Aritzia in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. As the Senior Producer / Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will produce best-in-class photography and videography for our Vancouver Support Office (VSO) marketing shoots, leveraging and optimizing Aritzia’s industry-leading in-house production technology and systems to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with both creative and business objectives.

** THE ROLE
** As the Senior Producer / Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will:
* Support establishing the strategic approach we take for photo and video production
* Support planning shoots to deliver high-quality content on time and on budget
* Coordinate all elements of shoots, including bookings, travel, and logistics
* Manage the execution and post-production of shoots
* Manage the administrative, legal, and financial components of shoots
* Deliver an operationally seamless photo & video production experience
** THE QUALIFICATIONS
** The Senior Producer / Producer, Photo & Video Production, has:
* Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in production (agency or in-house preferred), photography, videography, and project management
* A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
* The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
* A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
** THE COMPENSATION
** At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
