This role involves working directly with the Producer and Production Manager to maintain schedules and ensure timely task deliveries. You'll communicate important updates to the team and assist in organizing meetings and sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to manage schedules effectively
• Track task progress and communicate status updates
• Ensure client notes are inputted and prioritized
• Organize meetings and compile detailed notes
• Monitor deadlines, ensuring timely task completion
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in production coordination
• Knowledge of Flow, Shot Grid, or similar tools
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks
